Ellipse Data, the leading sports performance analysis company and owner of CricViz, has added Stuart Farmer Media Services Ltd, the world’s leading rugby data business, to its impressive portfolio of companies. The acquisition is part of a major investment by Ellipse into a rugby analytics product that it expects to launch in early 2020.

Stuart and Janet will both remain integral with the business and Rob Lowe, former head of operations at Opta will join the SFMS board.
